I have a new gym

I have a new gym that I'll be going to working with my coach 1-2 times a week. It has 3 platforms, 2 power racks where the safety pins can be adjusted every 1/2", chains, bands, 2 benches, 2 incline benches, cable machines, dumbbells up to 150lbs, bumper plates, a lot of chalk holders, chest supported rowing machines, and a few other things that I haven't checked out yet.

And no air conditioning to keep the cardio bunnies out.

Pictures coming soon.

Sounds nice man.

Nothing wrong with cardio bunnies, if they're hott.

You tihnk it'll be safe with no air conditioning? You might over heat. It can get really hot can't it? Personally I like to be somewhat cool when I lift.

There's typically enough breeze coming through their from open doors. I spent all last summer working out in my back yard and sometimes this summer also and it can get up into the low 100s very easily on a regular basis here. We also typically throw in late afternoon during the summer. I keep hydrated at a gallon of water a day. I tend to look like a sweat bucket when working out anyway, so being cool matters not.

The only thing that really gets to me about the heat is sweaty hands gripping the bar. But this place has chalk...so all good.

Wow, that sounds like the kind of gym I'm looking for. Now all I have to do is move to America and I'll be sorted.

That does sound really nice Evo. There aren't enough gyms like that around now.
