I have a cunning plan! For fat loss!

Get up, maybe have a light breakfast of 2 toast and a cereal as fuel. Then wait for as long as I can till my next meal. Building up my hunger levels till it hurts too much then I have a binge, a nice big feast a 1000 cal meal perhaps a takeaway, but make sure to eat a big salad etc with it too (which I will enjoy since ill be so hungry) so im not just eating junk.

Then at that time it will probably be about 4pm and I will be completely stuffed. and then its only a few more hours till bed time and ive only eaten 1300 caleries, so perhaps for super I have another light meal like a cereal (if I need it) and thats 1600 calories per day when I only need 2000 as a good deficit.

Bare in mind eating 6 small meals a day does not increase metabolism, the latest research has found!

Sound like a cool plan?
 
I think grazing all day is a big mistake and eating several meals a day is a big mistake because in both ways its so easy to go over your calorie limit.
 
I agree that having several smaller meals a day isn't ideal but why won't you have three proper meals instead of one huge that will probably make you feel sick. Cut down the carbohydrates a bit (no need for toast and cereal), have a big omelette in the morning instead. Then proper lunch and a nice dinner.
