I have a big problem with my workout routine

Hi i had been doing exercies for 5 months now ,but i dont see too much progress in my body, my muscle are not getting bit enough for 5 months ,i have a routine that i found in another forum , i do 5x5 workout routine and every week i try to lift more weight but seen this is not working for me.I really will like if someone can help me with that ,im very disappointed with my progress ,and i really need help from someone who can send me a good routine plan for me ,Im skinny and i will like get my muscle bigger. Please somebody help me ,thanks
 
Growing is about eating. Your routine just gives it direction.

What and how much are you eating?

5 x 5 for 5 moths? Time to change. I am doing Huge in a Hurry right now by Chad Waterbury and seeing great results.
 
im eating 2 times a day ,breakfood in the morning ,and dinner ,and something before go to bed

Well.....first. That is 3 times. not 2. ;)


Second......THAT is your problem. It is 12:30 here. I got up at 9. Just ate for the 3rd time.

9am - Breakfast was 4 eggs with half an avocado and salsa on top.

11am - Banana

Noon - Whole wheat tortilla with ham, cheese and salsa. and a protein shake.



What are your stats? I bet you are eating about half of what you need to grow.
 
Wanna grow? Add protein, and don't always stick to a 5x5. Change your workouts constantly, adding sets, reducing sets, adding reps, one-sided sets, whatever. It's important to keep your body guessing.
 
yeah you need to change your workout, a) doing the same thing is boring b) your body gets bored of it and sometimes will stop adapting i.e. get stronger. So shake it up a bit, go for a run instead or a swim or whatever.
Eating wise you will need to up your quanties a lot. Exercise is stressful for the body, so not feeding it properly wont help both your body and muscle growth
