Tony Mcclellan, Karky, Evo and Goergen1 for lifting tips, advice and insipration
Bipennate for being absurdly knowledgeable and explaining myofibril and sarcolplasmic hypertrophy to me which completely changed to way I trained
And I can't forget Chillen and Flyin Free, I don't always understand what either of you are saying but your dedication to your respective goals is inspirational.
Now for what I've achieved - I came to this site as a sickly 172lb skinny guy who just wanted to be less skinny in a years time and now I'm 221lbs and haven't had a days illness for over a year so I'm happy with what I've acheived so far. The after pic isn't good as it makes my chest and arms look smaller than they are but you get the idea. I know my bf is too high right now but I'm happy with my progress and my lifts are improving a lot.
