I guess I'll be the first one!

Ok, I'm going to post what I eat everyday. Just to keep track. Not posting today, I'll start tomorrow. First off, I'm looking to lose about 5 lbs. I'm only 14. But I know a lot about fitness, nutrition, etc! I'm 5'5.5 lol! I weigh around 117 or so. I'd like to be 110-112. I'm going to lose it slowly. I'm planning on having it off by 10-14-05 (my bday), because I always go clothes shopping, and I want to be able to fit perfectly into the clothes I want! So, starting tomorrow, I'm going to post.

What are your plans?

I just joined today and am not sure my first reply got posted.
What are your plans for your new endeavor? I've had 7 yrs. of drama, worrying about everyone else. Since Jan. I have been focusing on myself, getting into the habit of exerising (up to 5X per wk), and "transitioning" to a healthy eating pattern (Refuse to use the word "diet") ;) . I joined the forum to refine what I'm doing.
