I am currently working on managing my body to gain under 75 kg for a training camp assistant. For the past 3 weeks I have been working out running 7 km a day. Hope you can help me to this end.
What kind of training camp are you interviewing for? Is the weight limit something you came up with because you felt it´ll make you look more fit? How much weight would you need to lose in order to reach your goal and how much time do you have to do so?
