I weighed myself last night and this morning and its the same???? So I think thats either to sudden weight loss or my diet aint givin me enough???

My Diet:

Low Fat Yogurt

Snack:

I have been doin cardio for the past week about 3 times a week! I also went out on the town last nite and drunk about 6 pints of beer (gutted I did this but had to cos it was a mates birthday). My goal is to lose around 20 pounds in 2 months if I can or as much weight as I can upto 20 pounds. I was aiming to lose around 2-3 pounds a week!

Thats my diet for the past 5 days basically so can someone help me and answer the question! Is The Weight A Temporary Loss Will It Go Back On & Am I Eating Correctly??

First off, get rid of the carbs right before bed...replace it with a slow digesting protein like cottage cheese, etc. Also, have a protein and carb with every meal. The Special K is just crap, replace it with some oatmeal (REAL oats) or egg whites or something that is of real nutritional value. Im sure the other people on this site can help you aswell.

what other slow digestin proteins are there other than cottage cheese? Thanks for the advice though!

Anyone Else??

you lost some water weight. no doubt 'eating healthy' probably lowered your daily sodium intake, causing excess water to be released as waste.
