I went the the NEW gym this morning,
I changed my workout for more weight and less reps per set, that way i can start challenging myself. I was sore for awhile to the point where i couldn't pick my arms up but after 2 classes i was able to move them again! lol
So i didn't push myself too hard but i did push thou.
From moving from a town to another town and start school again i was busy. but once i got in the pattern, i knew i could still do my workout in the morning!
As for weight i lose afew pounds while i didn't workout, so apparently my diet is dead on for weight lost, i just up the protein since i started again.
Well i will be going tommorrow morning again! Just figured i would post about this!
