So i've been working out (running/abs/weights) for quite some time. Well actually i just added the weights like a month ago. I hear that adding weight training is really good and muscle increases metabolism (blahblah) well for some strange reason, i actually look bigger and fatter than i used to, like i look thicker! Except that i dont have a lot of fat to pinch around my stomach or anything, im just thick? am i doing something wrong?
