I feel like an old lady!

I feel like I’m always suffering from some sort of ache and/or pain, and am wondering if this is normal, or if I should cut back on my workout routine.
I injured my knee running in April, and it took me almost a month to recover. Even now, I get stiffness in that joint, and it aches when the weather is cold/damp. It clicks and pops (without pain) if I bend it a certain way.
Now, I’m finding that my hip joints feel very tight and have begun to pop (I feel it, but there is no pain) when I move in a particular way. But after a workout, they just ACHE. I’m worried that I’m right on the verge of another injury, one that could take just as long as my knee to recuperate from. Have I just got lousy cartilage? Should I tone down my workouts? I do a lot of squatting, but am always careful to use perfect form.
I just feel like an old lady, and am sick of feeling so physically restricted.

Did you ask your doctor what he/she thought? It's possible that the injury changed your knee in such a way that the old way of using it is causing those pains, and that the body needs to learn a new way of using it in its new form. (if that makes any sense?)

-Take a week off
-If its not better take another week off
-If not better after 2 weeks see a sports therapist.

In the mean time try Glucosamine sulphate 500mg, your sports therapist may suggest 1000mg.
