Hi there. I'm new to this forum so I'm sorry if I've posted in the wrong place.
I'm 18 years old and I weight about 11 stone. I've been passionate about getting healthier
for ages now and I've been eating healthy but I would like to start exercising. The only problem is that
I'm not sure the best way to go about it and I don't want to do anything wrong. My main concern is losing
weight too fast and having a lot of lose skin because of it. I know that lose skin is pretty unavoidable but
I'd like to minimize it as much as possible.

Does anyone know any routines that are good for losing weight at a consistent and steady pace?

The first rule is don't cut your calories, always maintain your calorie allowance. If you burn 300 calories a day with exercise you will lose 1-2lbs a week, this is the right amount of weight to lose. If you maintain this loss you will not have any loose skin.
Some good exercises for steady weight loss are Stationary cycle, elliptical trainer and walking.

Yes I know a way you can lose healthy and not have loose skin. Let me know if I can help. I've lost 50 lbs! I lost about 4-5 month period.

First you need to make goal how much weight you want to lose. Run at the constant speed over the trade mill. Consume proper diet at the proper time and if you like beverages then you may consume oolong tea which will help to decrease the amount of cholesterol.

It's smart to take your time while losing weight and exercising because it gives your skin time to adjust to the weight loss. There's alot of people who want to lose weight. The thing is, they want to lose it all right now. This is a 'microwave' society that we live in today. So I applaud you for your patience and I hope you achieve the results you are looking. Keep that determination and stay motivated. You've come to the right place for advice and encouragement.

My advice would be to slowly keep adding healthier foods to your diet and increasing your activity level. Good luck!
