Hi everybody,
Ok there's something that i don't understand. I try to watch what i eat ok, so in the morning i drink orange juice (100% not from concentrate) maybe 3 or 4 glasses and maybe a granola bar or two, then around noon i drink a diet coke with some gummy bears (real fruits ), and finally when i get home i eat a real meal like rice and meat ...nothing crazy like french fries and mc donald's.. and i did that for a week ok ?
I gain weight ..i don't understand ..can you gain weight eating healthy food ? I almost starve the whole day and when i eat , i'ts healthy food ..can somebody explain it to me ? Also you have to know that i can't sleep on an empty stomach so what is the solution ..?
