I don't feel like working out today

Last week I felt a bit lazy - I had a ringed doughnut with honey which made me feel guilty and I hit the gym like superman. What do I do today? Some bodyweight exercises or what?
 
Listen to some Godsmack (I'd recommend... "I Stand Alone") and think about why you work out for a minute or two. It seldom fails for me.

Where exactly did you get that picture from? I want to laugh, but I'm not sure if it's okay to do so. It's like one of those awkward social events where you're not sure if it's a joke or something serious.

But in anycase, to the TC, if you don't feel like going to the gym, then don't go. There's nothing wrong with not going. Also, if you want a doughnut, have a doughnut and don't feel bad about it. You shouldn't try burning it off through intense exercises.
 
I ended up just chilling out and recharging my mental batteries. I dislike caffeine/stimulants just before a workout.
 
How often do you usually work out? I give myself at least 2-3 days off of the week. Music definitely does motivate me...Godsmack is a great choice!
