Celery has negative calories! It takes more calories to eat a piece of celery than the celery has in it to begin with.

I was looking up useless facts and came across this. perfect for all of us to snack on. :D
 
Yeah, lol, me and my brother joke around all the time because I always tell him about that. I just wished celery didn't have such a watery taste.
 
I wouldnt think an apple would be the same. has sugar in it. but they are still good to eat since they fill u up. but i cant munch on celery all day without peanut butter on it. yeah there goes the negative calories there! :cool:
