I did an 18km run on Friday and I don't think I ate enough afterwards to repair my body because Friday night I was hit with a horrible migrane and stomach cramping. Once I finished the run I wasn't hungry so I had about a litre of water and an orange then with dinner I only had a chicken breast and half a cup of rice. Just before bed I realised I'd need more carbs so I had a bit of water and a peanut butter sandwhich but I don't think it was enough because I suffered yesterday, I could hardly move everything was aching and i had terrible stomach cramps.
Anyone have any advice about what to do exercisewise today? Should I just take a walk to relax myself? I took yesterday off completely, well obviously because I couldn't move but I'm feeling normal today yet I don't want to push it. Should I do a light run and yoga? Or just yoga? Or nothing? I'm completely at loss with what to do because I never want to feel like I did yesterday again
Edit to add- I also had a glass of wine which probably didn't help with the whole rehydrating situation and an icecream.
