I can't take this weight any more

Hi, I am new here. I started chging my life on 12/1/05 because I was taking pictures with my family for our christmas card and I looked at myself and did not recongnize me. I was much larger than I thought I was. So That was the final straw for me.

Currently I am at 155 lbs and 5'1 1/2 ". i have 43% body fat. My goal is 120 lbs and 20% body fat.

I started working out 6 days a week for 30 minutes. I hope to work up to jogging period. I can't jog as of right now ( i get out of breath). I would love to make this goal by my birthday on July 22, 2006 but Thanksgiving would be good( Since family doen't come into town until then).

I have one child who is 9 months old.

Hey,
I also have a 9 month old, and a 4 year old. I've known for a while now that I've wanted to lose weight, just ignored it and didn't want to deal with it. At the same time, I don't want to be fat anymore. I find it hard to find the time and the energy to exersize, I know I have to though.
My family and I just move back from Germany, while I was there I had a baby and then got the baby blues really bad. I've gained 20lbs since I've had my last child. Now I'm back home and just starting to get settled in the new place, and I really want to start a plan for losing weight and feeling better about myself.
Anyway, just thought I'd say hi, and good luck with everything!

Sounds like your off to a great start, keep it up!

You might want to start a diary...it helps you to keep track of your calories and excersize.

I became more motivated when I saw that Christmas pic of myself and I was mortified.
