i can't lose weight on my legs

hi, so i have lost 3 stone since last year but lately i seem to be up and down, and no matter what exercise i try i can;t seem to lose weight on my legs, the tops of my legs are very big.

any suggestions to what i can try would be very much appreciated.

You can't pick where the fat drops off your body, you can only keep losing weight. I know.. it sucks, but it's true.

I have (had :)..) the same problem, but with my love handles... I used to be so skinny everywhere, and then I had this feminine looking muffin top... pretty embarassing for a dude. Recently, I hit about 165 on the scale, which put me at a BMI of 24.5, and that did it. @175, I still had some love handle, but once I lost the last 10 pounds, it was gone. The weight will stay where you body genetically tells it to, and it's the LAST place it will come off unfortunately. You need to lose more weight in general if you want to lose the weight you are talking about. Crack-down, and best of luck! :)
 
I also have a hard time with my legs and them being bigger in the thigh area. I recently started hiking three times a week and also my trainer told me to try Oxy Elite Pro from USP Labs and since I have been taking it I feel like I have more energy, less appetite and I have lost 5 pounds in the last 6 weeks.
