Whoo hoo!! I can finnaly run without getting all out of breath and getting cramps in my lower side! Before I started excercising this year, I could only run for maybe 4 minutes tops before I was so out of breath that I had to stop completely, and yesterday, I was in a really grumpy mood so I decided to have at it instead of binging and eating junk food, and lo and behold i ran for a good 20 minutes and was still going strong when I got done!!! The only reason I quit was because I had somewhere to be. I have always wanted to run in one of the marathons down at the oceanfront (I live in Va Beach), and I think I'm gonna start running more often and try to do one!! Sorry I just got real excited and had to share
