Please help!
I have installed a weight lose app, but as you can see I'm already over my carbs and fat goal, but i have very little kcal eaten. Is this normal? (I want to lose 2 kg per week)
This is what i have eaten all day.
Nothing in morning
Coffee (black)
1 slice of bread with apple jam
1 fruit bar
4 crisps of Lays deep ridged bqq flavor
8 potatoes (those little balls)
Grilled chicken
FYI, im 15 y/o, 181cm, 97Kg and my BMI is 29.
The attachments is a screenshot of the app:

I don't see a lot of fatty foods in your diet, so yeah I'm not surprised. Fat contains more calories per gram than carbs. That being said, I don't know how you could have hit any kind of fat goal with this kind of diet. You actually should be taking in more fat and protein, but less carbs. The apple jam, fruit bar, potato chips - those are just junk. And if you aren't eating enough protein you'll be losing muscle, too. Either way, add more protein and consider some strength training to burn more fat.

Thanks for replying!
I will eat more protein and less carbs.
I'm also going to train my strength, is there any exercise that is the best to do?

Check out the stickies in the exercise section; there's a lot of good info there. Basically just start with the core compound lifts; Squats, Bench Press, Bent Row, Overhead Press, Upright Row. I also throw in Straight Leg Deadlifts to work the lower back, glutes and hamstrings. Since you're younger, I wouldn't go too heavy on the weight right away - and make sure you learn the proper form before doing anything. Keep it simple - these 6 exercises will give you the best bang for your buck as far as overall strength and burning calories. If you don't have weights you can start with pushups, body squats and pullups if you have a bar. Ab exercises are good for core strength but don't really burn a lot of calories.
