Umm alright i'm 5'10 and i was 170 pounds i dont have a lot of fat to lose around the stomach and i hear it is harder to lose fat when u dont have much to lose when you dont have a lot of fat. I am trying to get the 6 pack to stick out more....after four weeks of training cardio and dieting i finally lost some pounds i'm down to 162 and I notice that as i'm running my 6 pack is bulging out beauitufuly u can see every shape in it so its obvioulsy there. But when I am done running it kinda sets back to normal and is harder to see. How long of my cardio and good diet should it take for me to get good results without only seeing my abs when running
