I am tall and skinny, and need some help

Hi all, Im a new member and this is my first post. I am 5'11" and 140lbs. I have played lots of soccer since I was around 5 so my legs are absolutely no problem, but my upper body is a toothpick.. I am very busy with school so I cant go to a gym to workout, I gotta do it at home and I don´t have any weights either. I have soccer practice 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday).
I need help gaining muscle, especially on the arms and pecs, but also abs and back.. basically the whole upper body.

So the questions I have are:
What kinds of excercises should I do? And how many reps and sets?
When should I excercise?
What should I eat before and after working out?
And please add any other details that you think I should know.

All the answers to your questions can be found by searching this forum, those are very common questions. In short, eat clean and eat alot, lift heavy, get lots of rest. Sounds like you may still be in highschool so I won't recommend suppliments.
