I am a girl which is 13 year old and I am very stress with my weight !!!! I really want to find an inspiration for my weight lossing program!!! Can anybody help me pls? Another problem is I eat alot help pls!!!
Not only are you at a good weight, you're also only 13. You body has some growing to do, and while you have an idea of what your final body makeup is going to be, you don't know for sure.
Ride it out, reevaluate yourself when you get to 17 or 18

Don't worry about any of it. You're under the mid-range healthy BMI, so don't worry about it (about 22.5) I'm 28.9. When you get to mine, start worrying.
Yoga is a great idea, wether or not you feel your are over-weight. At your age a little extra fat is a very good thing. Soon you will get a growth spurt, your body will stretch out, and that little bit of fat will go to all the right places. It's better to be a little over than a little under at your age.
