:) Hello all... it has been a while since I have posted. Reason being.....I am starting up a home based candle company.I am really excited about this because it will keep my hands busy and I wont be able to pick all day,because once I get into something (making the candles) I really get into it. I am making scented jar candles and tarts. I love doing it and It makes me feel like I am acomplishing something. Wish me luck and I hope I can make something of this ..........
I have lost 7 lbs and seem to be stuck there already :(
 
Congratulations on starting your business! Good luck with it! It's great to be able to do something that you enjoy so much, not to mention get paid for it. Good luck with the business and the weight loss! :)
 
That's great! Scented candles can be a great opportunity! There are so many options of how to sell them. Hope you do fantastic!
 
I'm sooo jealous! Congratulations on having the guts to pursue your dream of running your own business! Good luck, everyone loves scented candles so I'm sure you'll do well.
 
Heh, this reminds me, someone in my school is also starting their own business, they're making "Suckup Buckets", where its basically a treat basket to give to your prof conveniently right before an exam... maybe you could package some candles kind of like that? Like, an apology basket to give to your girlfriend after being a jerk or missing a date :p Girls love scented candles (even me on occasion, though I'm usually paranoid that I'll catch something on fire).

yeah...scented candles are cool. hey you can also try making perfumes. those are also good for business
