Tips for losing weight

Losing weight is very much related to your will power. It is only your strong will to lose weight that shall help you stick with your plan. Analyze your daily activity and food intake, whether you’re burning excess fat through daily activity and make slight changes accordingly.
While searching on internet I found one blog suggesting few tricks for daily routine. Here it is: it may help you

Its really a 3-part strategy

1) Diet (lean protein and complex carbs) minimize sugars and flour products
2) Some resistance training 3 X per week
3) Some cardio 3X per week

That is really the core principle behind losing weight and being healthier.

For weight loss, dieting is more effective than exercise.

Reducing your intake of junk sugar will help. Foods or drinks such as coke and other soft drinks, desserts, sweets, cakes, cookies or biscuits must be eliminated or substantially reduced. Cereals must be restricted to those that contain less than 15% total sugars and junk sugar loaded foods such as pizzas must be avoided. Junk sugar bowls must be abolished.

Junk sugar health hazards are discussed in [removed]

The natural sugars in fruit and vegetables are OK as they metabolise to glucose slowly due to their high fiber content so they have a low to medium GI value. Fruit and vegetables are low in calories and are not fattening. Most fruit and vegetables are metabolism boosting foods and that helps for weight loss. Potatoes and sweet potatoes are exceptions and can be fattening.

Fattening combinations that you need to avoid include combinations of protein foods (such as eggs, meat, poultry, sea food, cheese and nuts) with starchy carbohydrates (such as bread, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes and corn).

Your link wasn't working, which is just as well, because it would have been against forum rules anyway. If people want to find out about a certain topic, they will look it up themselves, no link needed.

In addition, your information is wrong. There is no such thing as 'junk sugar'. Natural sugars are as bad as refined sugars if not consumed in moderation. Vegetables and especially fruit are not necessarily low in calories, and can very much be fattening. There is no such thing as 'metabolism boosting foods', at least not to a degree that would make any difference in regards to weight loss.

For weight loss it's as simple as a lifestyle change, once you commit to that you will see your weight drop, cut out junk food, get the right amount of calories your body needs, no fad starvation diets etc or if you need guidance enrol on a weight loss programme/plan so you know what to eat and what not to eat each day. A change in lifestyle is all it takes to lose weight. Good luck x

It's easy to say that you want to lose weight. It's also easy to find the motivation to hit the gym regularly and choose the right foods in the beginning. After a few weeks, your motivation seems to wane and those old, unhealthy habits of yours start to creep back in. What seemed so easy at first is now difficult. so be serius

It can be really hard at first to get into a good routine for regular exercise and a good eating habit.

The best way I found is to kick start with a really helthy cleansing detox that will make you feel more energised and motivated to start eating more healthily and regularly exercising. Let me know if you would like further info on what worked for me. x

To loose weight many people think of workout , my fiend is in a wheel chair and managed to loose over a stone in 6 months by simply changing her diet.

No crisp, chocolate, juice fizzy or bread, just simply do not buy when shopping.

Buy fruit veg, fresh fish food and healthy snack like youguart

IF you dont have in the home and feel hungry you will eat the apple, the banana, the orange. Most of us would rather reach for the crisps but if none there you will eat the fruit.

One simple rule, BE STRONG WHEN IN THE SHOP DOING THE SHOPPING
