I can not live in this junk-house.
They all have let themselves go, and are not looking back, they just seem to ignore your efforts in losing weight.
I don't know how to do it with these people. They really are driving me crazy. Because I need to eat healthy, yet how am I suppose to do that when all the food in the house is most certainly not the food one would eat to lose weight.
So.
I am not sure of what to eat.

I being a panic attack, near meals, the idea that each plate is filled with so much oil and uck, that I go into overdrive and indulge in it. :willy_nilly:

I want to exercise, I can find it fun
I want to eat right, I find that hard

any tips or if The Almighty Steve--please come to my rescue.

Don't conflate losing weight with eating healthily. There is no magic food you need to eat to lose weight. If you're maintaining on a steady diet of potato chips and Twinkies, you can lose by eating fewer potato chips and Twinkies.

Is it better in the absolute sense to eat more nutritious foods? Sure. But it's still better in the relative sense to eat less of what you do have, than to wish for what you don't have while continuing to eat more of what you do have.

How old are you and what are your current stats -
what are your goals?

Have you done any sort of reading as to what constitutes healthy?

Fats are not evil and can be good for your diet.

What kinds of things are currently available?

How old are you and do you have a job/get an allowance? If worst comes to worst you can always do your own grocery shopping. One plus to being the only one in your family eating healthily is you're pretty much guaranteed no one will eat your food.

1. Education - can you educate the other members of your household into eating healthy? A good way is showing them healthy recipes that are tasty too.

2. Do you have your own money? If you do, I would suggest just going and buying yout own food. A loaf of wholemeal bread, packet of low fat slice cheese, and 5 tins of tuna will do you a week for lunch (toasted). A bag of rolled oats costs about $3 and will last from 2 weeks - one month using 1/3 cup each day, add some honey or brown sugar to taste?
Fruits and vegetables can get expensive, so can meat. For meat, buying different cuts such as thighs are usually cheaper, and you can chop it up into individual portions and freeze until you need them. For fruits and vegetables, look for them when they are on special or shop at a green grocer as opposed to a supermarket.

You dont HAVE to eat the food that your family/housemates cook, that is your decision.
