Hello guys, I am new here, I wish to have advice regarding my health especially since I am now 46 years old, I am starting to gain weight, with the demands of life, working to feed the little ones, there is not enough time for me to do sport.
I want to know all the tips and methods capable of helping me to have a normal weight:hurray:

And a warm welcome to you too :) When time is limited being on top of your eating habits is crucial. Exercise is great but weightloss is made in the kitchen. What kind of food do you eat, and in what quantities?
