Hi

Hello, and welcome! You might want to copy your post and put it into the Weight Loss Diary section, under the Motivation tab. That's where you will get the most visits and the most support. There are lots of friendly people here, and lots of support. Good luck with your efforts!

Hi, I would definantky say you are not eating enough even if you weren't working out. Since you are, I'm fairly certain your slow loss is due to your body thinking it's starving. That and if you are loosing fat while gaining muscle, it doesn't show as much. 1lb of fat lost and a lb of muscle gained would register the same weight.

Ture...I didn't say look the same though. A pound is a pound in weight. A lb of feathers, weighs the same as a lb of lead. The pound of lead is much smaller. So if you lost 10lbs of fat and gained 10lbs of muscle, you'd look different, but still weigh the same.

And this is why I stay angry at the scale!! ARGH!!

i dont think your giving yourself enough food if thats all your eating. Think your body has switched to burning muscle rather that fat. indian food is really rather good for you and the curry is good for your digestion. and the scale dont visit it too often if your working out and gaining muscle the numbers will go up and down almost on a daily basis.. good luck
