Hey I joined this to maybe help a few people out by getting them on the right program to do so. I never had to much of a weight issue until last year I gained 15 pounds. I felt horrid about myself and I had been following a girl for almost a year and decided to do a program she offered me. They say it takes 21 days to break a habit hence this program is 21 days long. 3 weeks anyone can stick to something for 3 weeks right? Harder than ya think lol..The awesome thing that comes with the program is the amazing support behind it. You get to join a challenge group with many people doing the same workout as you and diet where they share ways to make your food taste good. All the exercises are at home for 30 minutes a day for this busy world we live in. So I just wanted to share it with anyone who wanted to learn about it or was interested in it. I am here to help. I am a nurse by default but recently got into fitness since I have seen myself transform. So if you want to or are interested in a nurse/coach to help ya with your weightloss let me know I would love for you to join my challenge group.
