Hi! I am so excited to have found this site. I have been wanting to lose some weight for a while but never as determined as I am now. I have a new look on life and have let the obstacles get in my way and give me more excuses as to why I couldn't lose the weight. I joined the gym with my Husband and have worked out everyday for 5 days for 2 hours each day. I feel great the next thing will be my diet, I didn't want to get started with cravings, so this is why I have been working out hard to get my metabolism pumping!!! I currently weigh 250 lbs. and plan to lose 70 lbs. by Feb. I am 31 yrs old and have NEVER been SOOOO BIG in my life. See you all soon.
