Hey everyone ... I am a newbie to this site. I was reading some of your posts and everyone is SO supportive! I really need support in order to do this. I have been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember - I'm only 20 though - but I just never stick to anything long enough to see results.
Right now I am 5'11 tall and weight 207 lbs. I ultimatley want to get to about 160 in the long run but for now I am taking it pound by pound. I would be happy losing 20 pounds by November 2nd.
My battle plan is to watch my calorie intake and eat TONS of veggies and drink a gallon of water a day. Also, I want to work out at least 4 times a week every week. I used to work out all the time and then just quit and it's hard starting up again! But I know tht is what will really get the ball rolling.
My main key is motivation. I need support like this forum to keep me going. I am going to keep a diary of my foods everyday so people can give me input. Well - I am bound and determined to lose this weight finally and for good! I am not going to stop until I do!
