I am back...need some support.

I joined in 2005, right when I got pregnant with my daughter and I just signed back on today. I ended up losing my baby weight but i gained back alot. I just recently started Tosca Reno's Eat Clean living and lost 11 pounds, but on the weekends I go into a horrible binge, alcohol, sugar, fast food...its terrible AND I am a newly licensed personal trainer!! I want to LOOK and FEEL great again. When I eat clean, I do have energy, I feel good about myself and I notice changes. I do lots of cardio and weight training. Then I go binge, spend money, feel sick and miss workouts, etc. Its a battle, a big struggle and I want it to stop. I feel online support and forum friends may be a good way to go.

So hello everyone!!! My goal is to fight my binge addiction, get back to 140 pounds and live LIFE AGAIN!

Bing on rice cakes :D just make sure that it's the 35 calorie ones, and not the 60. That way, if you end up eating, like, 10 of them, you only really ate 35 calories. They come in so many flavors, from buttered popcorn to peanut butter and chocolate, and they taste sooo good. Plus, they're made from whole grain, brown rice. At least then, if you bing, you're not taking in as much as you feel like you are. (And don't take the whole bag with you; just take a few rice cakes and then walk away with them.)

Of course, that's not addressing or trying to fix the binging problem, and simply working with it instead of against it......
