Without fasting, you only prolong your suffering. Fasting and Diet and Exercise are a chain that does not work at all if you do not have one of those in your program.
I have lost 60 Kg, I would have not been able to do it if I did not fast keep diet and exercise. That is the physical side of training but one must also have Will, Perseverance, and Effort in order to see results and that is a part of the psychical side.
Anyone can do it as long as they really want it, it all depends on how much they want to lose weight. It is all possible friends.

The only one of these that is essential is Diet. Fasting is not "Needed" and will not work on its own without also having diet change. Exercise, while good for general health is also not needed for weight loss, you cannot exercise away a bad diet.
 
Diet and Exercise I have also written, not just Fasting !! Fasting is the key to all of this, change whatever you want, Diet whichever you want, unless you are not willing to keep that stomach clean then whatever we do has very little effect. By fasting, the body heals itself, our bodies also have a mechanism of healing and are built in such a way that whenever the stomach is empty and it stays that way for a period of time then the mechanism of healing starts. I know because I went thru it myself and experimented with my body X amount of times and in the end I made it
I lost 60Kg, People might say but everyone is different and that is true but the process of fasting is the same. Fasting with the help of diets and exercise is the correct formula to make it. God bless
 
I lost 70+ kg without fasting, so I know it can be done. I believe you will find others here with similar experience, large weight losses without fasting.

I am sure fasting works for some folks, like you!
