I am a newcomer to this weight loss forum. Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life, since I had my children (4 of them). I've tried many diets and exercise programs with not much success until I cut down on drinking soda pop about 5 months ago. Instead of 1 or 2 a day I now have only 1 or 2 per week and I have lost 14 pounds. So I think I am on the right track. Looking forward to learning much here.
