So about 3 weeks ago I was building a small deck outside... In the process I managed to hurt my lower back... Remember lift with the legs, not with your back; so by the end of the day I couldn't really bend over easily, nor lift anything light by bending over. The pain went away after a couple days but I was never 100% better; so I went back to the gym to work out... And the pain came back. So I held off any serious exercise for 2 weeks. Monday; I hit the gym again, but the pain came back... Tuesday, it just plain old killed. I finally took some ibuprofen, and that took the edge down a bit... This morning felt better; but towards the middle of the day the pain was back in full froce. I dumped 3 ibuprofens and let them cool me off... At this point I'm googling around for doctors because this is not normal.
So on my way to school my jeans kept riding up my legs, causing my manly parts to get squished. So I did one of those; lift my body up quickly, and pull my jeans back down... I just about died, that caused the most excruciating pain ever
. Worse part, I was on a hill in 5th gear slowing down, trying to down shift, and it was plain old painful :drooling1: . After a minute of trying to figure out where to pull over, the pain started to go away... After two minutes it was almost gone. I got to school in one piece, and got out of the car... I felt great! I was a little bit sore, but I could bend over just fine with minimal pain! As I'm typing this, I'm feeling excellent! I'm not 100% normal, but I'm in much better shape than I was yesterday.
So kudos to those tight jeans that almost killed me today! :yelrotflmao:
