Hydroxycut? (supplement)

Hi all, I'm trying to lose 20 lbs in 2 months. I'm on a good diet and am exercising daily with weights every other day.

Can my weight loss be sped up with Hydroxycut? Has anyone tried it? I don't want to waste my money or harm my body. They sell this stuff at Target and Wal-Mart.

Thanks for your opinions!

you will waste your money...

If you read the instructions on the bottle -you'd see that it says the plan works in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise -

welll sensible diet and exercise work on their own

and please do familiarize yourself with the search feature..

It is indeed true that a proper diet plan and strict exercise regimen is sure to work wonders for your healh. Diet supplements come with numerous side effects.

Is that why you're advertising those stupid acai berries on the page your signature links to??

Just wondering...

It's a very good decision!
I think Hydroxycut is a huge rip off, judging from the suspiciously aggresive way this product is advertised and also from my hubby's own experience. He purchased the product, used it and didn't lose an ounce.

I have had good sucess with hydroxcut. I have found that it helps when I plateau. I agree its no good on its own but you will notice a difference if you take it before a workout.

Just dont take it too long and not as much as the bottle says. I take 2 before my morning workout and thats all.

Just my 2 cents!

Whether you go through with buying it or not, that's entirely up to you. I've worked out with and without Hydroxycut, and I was on a very good diet both times. I still lost weight both ways, though I wish I had kept track of exactly how much I had lost while on Hydroxycut.

If you *do* take it though... please make sure you drink __plenty__ of water, as it suggests on the side of the bottle. I remember drinking only half or 1/3 of what was recommended and my stomach was miserable and I didn't even feel like working out. As of now, I don't take them. I feel bad that I invested in this stuff and I'm not even using it.

i just use it to boost my energy to push through those intense workouts. i drink plenty of water and i eat enough

I also used it for the same reasons. I took it 45 minutes before my workouts just for an energy burst.

Now that I think of it, I probably could have saved money and just gotten caffeine pills, same thing.
