Hydroxycut Hardcore/ whey

Hey everyone, im a normal on a mustang board and im sure im about to ask one of those questions that everyone reads and goes "oh no not again". ive done some searching and read the FAQ and i still have a few q's
ive been working out for about 3 months now, 5 days per week, and every other weekend. My brother suggested that i start taking some supplements to give me a little help with my diet. he suggested N.O. xplode, but ive heard some bad things about it... i really would like to lose some of the wieght and get some tone to my body. some members on the mustang board suggested that Hydroxycut Hardcore, and a whey protein would help me shed my pounds and build some muscle. any thoughts on those or recommedations on what i can do?

A fat burner is typically the last thing to even consider. If everything else (diet, workouts, recovery time, etc) is not up to par, then putting in a metabolism booster will do jack.

Post up yer diet, the structure of your workouts, and your cardio (if any is done). Otherwise, any advice given is pure speculation at best.
 
Fat burners work if your diet is clean. I'd recommend going with Lipo 6. Its better than hydroxycut hardcore and about half the cost.

and yes, NO Xplode is a waste of money. some of the ingredients/supplements in it are useless (like all NO2 products), so you're left paying a lot of cash for basic creatine with flavoring and a little caffine. way cheaper to buy straight creatine and some No-Doze caffine pills or a cup of black coffee pre-workout fro the same effect.
