Hydroxycut Ephedra free anyone??

Hi, Im going to start using some fat burners, Im not very rich so I can't afford the more expensive ones. Hydroxycut ephedra free was in my price range, also I can think about Xenadrine EFX but still Hydroxycut is my main option. Please tell me if anyone has used Hydroxycut, has it worked for you or not? Also, hydroxycut bottle says that you should eat 3 caps 3 times daily, a total number of 9 caps daily, now that's a lot, I wanted to know if i change the dosage to my own needs, like Stacker 2, If i take hydroxycut once before or after every meal, like 2 or 3 daily, is it allright or not? Thanks. :p

The only fat burner I have used was Xenadrine with ephedra. I'll be honest with you, I didn't notice a difference in the amount of fat I burned on it than off of it.

I would stay away. The only thing that really worked in fat burners was Ephedrine, and since it has been banned all you will be getting is an expensive ginsing suplement. Usually these fat burners include caffeine, ginsing, green tea extract, maybe some aprin ( white willow bark or something close ) All these things supposedly do aid in rasing your metabolism but nowhere near enough to actually start burning fat. The ephedrine worked to stimulate the nervouse system making your heart rate to get higher and body temp to get high resulting in greater fat burning. In short there is no miracle pill to losing weight. stick to a clean diet and do regular lifting and cardio and you will see much better and lasting results. instead of the fat burner drink a cup of green tea in the morning and take a good multi vitamin.

Ok, I have been taking this stuff for two weeks and it doesn't do $h!t (well, my wallet IS lighter).

I can take one Metabolife and get a bit of kick, I've taken one, then two, then 3 of the hydrocuts and have experienced NOTHING. (Ephedra was the bomb!)

Save your money (or send me a check for $8 and I'll send you the rest of my bottle) :)

Don't forget bitter orange extract as one of the more common ingredients. It's true that alone, you probably won't notice a momentous difference from taking these supplements alone. There's no "silver bullet" that's going to make you lose weight right off.

However, caffeine, ginseng, and green tea *are* thermogenic, and therefore, you *do* burn calories taking them. Something like Tight or Xenadrine can help you burn up 300 calories a day (depending of course on who you are) -- and while that's not going to take you from a 38 waist to a 26, it can help offset those snacks you might not be able to save yourself from each day.

As far as weight loss goes, these products exist to SUPPLEMENT your lifestyle change that will result in the weight loss. They are not the solution, they are a tool in reaching your goal.
