Hydroxcycut and Exercise

Good Evening all!

I am writing to get some outside opinions. I started going back to the gym because I just didn't feel good in my skin. I started at 236 On March 7th, now down to 221 as of March 22nd. I'mm trying to get to 125 by October (or at least to 150). I workout 7 days a week for 30 mins to an hour (it varies due to FT work/PT school).
My issue I'm having is I started taking a diet supplement, please no judgement. I started Hydroxycut Max for Women taking 2 pills 3xs a day.
I haven't had any "weird" side effects just bursts of energy after the pill and being able to do my exercise in the gym. I drink between 10-11 cups of water, don't eat bread or sweets (other than greek yogurt) however.. according to the Hydroxycut you take it 30 mins prior to eating and NO SNACKING. I follow this rule however I've been forcing myself to eat because I don't feel hungry after taking the Hydroxycut so I'm not eating that much. For example this morning I had 1 hard boiled egg and a greek yogurt w/ granola, then didn't eat again until 4 hrs later and had avocados/lettuce/turkey wrap, then just ate fish and string beans for dinner. I started looking into calorie counting just to track how much I'm eating and I'm exercising just as much as I'm eating. I want to lose weight by my goal of October but don't want to put my body in jeopardy.
I do like the energy the Hydroxycut gives me but... is the lack of eating going to halt my progress? Should I force myself to snack even though the Hydroxycut is advising me not to? Is it really 3 meals, 3 snacks?
Thanks so much. I know I rambled lol.

I may be able to help you

Hmm i cant really answer your question about the lack of eating. You should do what hydroxycut says to do but does hydroxycut really know whats best for you. If you don't do what hydoxycut says to do and in the end you don't reach your goal then at least you know what you did wrong. There are a few all natural extracts that help induce weight loss that you can try they are Green Tea, Yerba Mate, Birch Leaf, Coleus Forskohlii. They are all natural substances so it will be a healthy way to lose weight. They have been traditionally used in cultures around the world for their natural properties.

Green Tea contains EGCG, which is used in a variety of natural weight-loss products. It is believed to support a healthy metabolism.

Yerba Mate is used to promote a feeling of satiety.

Birch Leaf has been used to make a tea, while birch sap is believed to have tonic qualities in Belarus, Russia, the Baltic States, Finland, and parts of northern China.

Coleus Forskohlii is effective at aiding fat loss

See if hydroxycut has those four extracts. If you would like to know more then just send me a message by viewing my profile or just simply reply to this reply. Keep up the working out but don't over do it oh and i forgot to mention that Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), which is an essential fatty acid from vegetable sources like safflower oil, and has been shown to support lean muscle retention. That will get you more out of every workout

The energy your getting is just from the quantity of caffeine in the pills and the "for Woman" part of the label just means it has less active ingredients than the mens version and generates less energy.

It is hard to comment on your eating because there is not enough info to base any advice on. But my initial feeling is that you are not eating enough for your weight and exercise level.

Good Morning
Yes to Trusylver, I don't believe I'm eating enough after calorie counting. Even on the default 1200 calorie I'm taking in maybe 750/day then burning off at least 300. I can tell the difference because once the Hydroxycut wears off around 9PM I feel like I'm starving and will eat a banana or a couple of veggies just to get rid of the empty stomach feeling. I'm not sure what to do because I want to continue losing weight but then unsure on what I can/can't eat to meet my goal.

going under the 1200 is a bad idea unless it is supervised by a health professional and your intake should be higher than that based on your weight. I would suggest you start a thread in the diary section to log the food you eat each day so we can give you some ideas about changes to your diet which will be healthy and sustainable, unless you learn what is sustainable for you, the weight will just go back on when you stop the pills.

include nuts in you diet specially almonds they really help in gaining energy and help in losing weight . My dietician ask to to add it as a snack a pack for energy. otherwise 3 meals and 7 days exercise makes me dull.

Ive personally used hydroycut in the past I found it at walmart one day and decided to give it a try because of how affordable it is. I started using it and loved the added energy to my workouts without it being too much. I adjusted my diet of course along with it but I did loose about 15 pounds while using it.
