Well I'm fighting with the last small fat roll and it seems like it never wants to come off. Would any supplement like this hydroxcut work for me? I'm beginning to think this is just some extra skin from all the weight I lost and maybe its there to stay. Will skin tighten back up?? I've come so far and would really like to get the flat stomach but it seems like I'm fighting a loosing battle. Any ideas?? Thanks.........m :D

from what i've read, with time the skin will resort to being tighter after weight is loss. "with time" meant 6 to 12 months. if this is what it is, hydroxycut or any other pills or creams wont do much for it.

if it is bodyfat, the last bit is the hardest to get rid of. you might have to work extra to get it gone. hydroxycut may help some but not that much.

Thanks a bear. Just getting ansy to get a falt stomach. It's been a long time since it's been flat. My abs are hard like a rock but that last roll doesn't want to leave. I'll keep up the hard work. Thanks.........m :D

im in the same boat and i started using hydroxycut 2 weeks ago and it has not really helped that much that i can tell all i can say is just keep going i guess the skins got to tighten lol

Hi guys! I wanted to let you know that I've used Hydroxycut on and off now for 3 years. Had to stop two times for babies. I love it. It gives me the energy I need to run after two small children, and helps me control my eating habits. I am currently 5'4 and weigh 125. I weighed 140 in October and started the Denise Austin Shrink Your Female Fat Zones. It worked. Now I want to lose another 10 lbs, so I enlisted the help of Hydroxycut. I can't say that it's worked yet, but I love the energy it's given me. I hope it works for you guys!

i used it for about a month and it had absolutely zero effect on losing weight, or controlling eating. Big waste of money for me specially because u up the dose and 1 bottle of 58 lasts u 6 days i think it was after week 2

I have used Hydroxycut several times in the past, and now that I am getting back into shape (round is NOT a shape) again, I am back on it. Personally, I like it. I take it before I eat lunch and dinner, and usually before a workout. It seems to assist in raising my metabolism and I have almost always gotten energy from it.

About the dosage...I never really followed the suggested dosage. I would start by taking one per meal or workout (only three times a day max) for the first week, then one or two per meal workout (again, only three times a day max) the second week, then I would take a week off Hydroxycut, then start in again. I am not rich, so that is how I did/do it. Not sure if this will work for everyone, but seems to work for me.

There was a big difference between Hydroxycut now.... and a year ago. Hydroxycut now doesnt include ephedra along with all the other bottles that claim to trim your waistline...

If you were to try a product like Hydroxycut now... I'd go with Ripped Fuel or something cheaper because you're just paying for the name. They basically have the same **** in them.

How I dropped my last bit of body fat was doing cardio in the morning before I got anything in me... Not only did it pump me up for the rest of the day but I noticed a big difference within 3 weeks. I then started switching it up with Sprints.. 400m sprints are the ultimate fat burner. If you dont believe me take a look at some of the sprinters out there (olympic, high school , college).

hydroxycut i think is pretty much the same formula as a bunch od different fat burners on the shelf. they all use bitter orange extract (a stimulent) to burn calories through the day. you can combine it i think with like pyruvate or cla (non stimulent) for better effect

i think xenadrine might not be based on bitter orange extract, so you might look into that. i think tight uses a herbal forumla

I would spend my money on other things. However, if you have your mind set on a "diet supplement" then go with Redline.
