Hi All,
Just posting about something I've noticed when I train. I am hungry hell of a lot
I recently got back from a two week break. I did drink a lot whilst away (6-12 beers a night) but I only ate a snack at around 2pm and then an evening meal. Maybe a snack at night. I was NEVER hungry
I went spinning on Monday, a short-run (1 mile treadmill sprint) on Tuesday and then weights sessions on both days.
Since I got back I have been really hungry.
On Monday after spinning I ate a Prawn ****tail with some Chicken Indian things and then nothing else.
On Tuesday I had Porridge, Banana, Apple, Gooseberry, Pear, Banana then Corn on the Cob x2 with Veg
On Wednesday I had Porridge, Banana, Apple, MugShot Pasta, 3 course Meal
Today I have had Porridge, Apple, Banana, Two Slices of Bread, Jacket Potato and Beans and I still feel hungry (stomach sort of rumbling)
Any advice how I can stop feeling hungry?
Since I got back I have had lots of No Added Sugar Orange/Blackcurrant drink so it can't be that I'm not drinking enough
