I am soooo curious about this 18 lbs in 4 days thing!

What does everyone think about it? Anyone intrested in trying it? I don't see how its possible... do you? *boggled* But ofcourse it sounds nice.

I am thinking of being lil guinea pig and trying it out.

The 18in4 program is NOT suitable for people who are sensitive to eggs, grapefruit and tomatoes.

I get the feeling that it's an extremely low low low calorie diet... and probably not all that healthy...

keep doin' what you are doing, avi... you'll reach your goals

Anything that sounds too good to be true usually is. Same goes for men too....but that's another thread. :p I love all the forum boys though! *hugs* :D

Definitely too good to be true. Losing that much weight in such little time means you're losing mostly water weight and not fat, which you will just gain back within a week or two. Honestly, if you're eating properly, working out, and using any products/supplements to help you out, you should be losing 1-2lbs of fat per week on average. Anyone advertising more loss than that is just pulling your leg.

*Growls*

I don't trust it =)
People's bodys react to different diet (s)

Example: I gorge for 3 days and probably gain 5+
My cousin OTOH can eat and gorge for 3 days and not gain anything (probably LOSE it LOL)

so its possible those people COULD have, but like said peoples bodies react to different diet, just keep up what yer doing! No shortcuts...!

1 pound of fat is approximately 3,500 calories. If you want to lose 18 pounds, you're going to have to burn an EXTRA 63,000 calories. If you really think you can do that in 4 days, have at it.

scam -don't waste your money

I ordered the diet and maintenance plan--in my moment of weakness. This is a rip off. It is nothing more than the grapefruit and hot dog diet from the 70's just another version. no carbs except low carb veggies, meat, grapefruit, tomatoes, celery etc. Basically low carb and extremely low cal. No one is likely to stick to it for 4 days yuck. and yes maybe you will lose if you are super overweight but it is likely to be water BUT I think most will cheat. It is nothing more than a super restrictive atkins plan. I am trying to get my money back now but the guy says no--he only refunds money if you try the diet and fail. I think even then he would try to talk you out of a refund. Don't waste your diet there are other fad diets to lose quick on the internet for free
shdivablack@aol.com email me if you have more questions. I am determined to get a refund--I think it is a scam.:dupe:

Good luck burning off 16000 calories a day in fat...... especially when the website linked gaurentees "No exercising"
