Human Growth Hormone

I just wanted to know if anyone out there has taken any HGH releasing pills that are available that say they aid in fat loss...Do they really work?

I am very, very, skeptical against any HGH supplements that are powders/pills. Oftentimes these products cite scientific studies showing how well HGH works.

Yet they neglect to tell you that the studies were done with injected HGH and not powdered or pill form.

So don't waste your money IMO. Just exercise, cardio & weight training to build muscle and burn fat.

And once more to be clear. HGH works at increasing muscle mass and decreasing body fat. However, the injected version is what will work and it runs you $1,000 USD a month.

Powders or pills IMO are just a waste of money as they do not contain HGH like the injections do.

HGH therapy is often done with elderly people.

but, at $1,000/month, that seems unpractical for anyone that isn't bodybuilding for a living (or is insanely loaded) ... would pills/powders not be good enough for those who aren't in that category?

Unless I am completely off and way out in left field, there are a
few natural growth hormone stimulators available. Two of the
popular ones are the arginine and ornathine amino acids. They
are however usually in most protein shakes or supplements.
From what research I have done taking increased amounts is
when you would see optimum results (obviously like any other
natural supplement). I actually just started on these today. I'll
post any results negative or positive as I notice them.
