Hi, I'm Cort, I'm 16, annnd....about 50-60 pounds overweight. Over this past year I've gained 20 or so pounds due to stress (I got my first job, last summer, at an office, and it was reeeeally stressfull because of all the crap going on), as well as softball. Yeah, I gained weight from a bloody sport :p I worked 3 days a week, and on two of those days, I had softball practice almost directly after I got off work, and I was working 11 hours a day, three days a week (and softball practice was an hour and a half, three days a week). It was waaay too much for me, being new to both softball, running that much, and my job. I'm also really paranoid about stuff I really shouldn't be worried about, so I tend to get stress attacks alot. I'm homeschooled, and I'm going to graduate this spring (taking the GED) and hopefully go to college this fall :) And I'm ready to loose fat and gain some muscle (not to mention paitence (which I lack....) and a least /some/ endurance....)

hey cort! welcome ot the forum! I hope you have an awesome time here, and make sure you don't put a lot of pressure on yourself. When I was 16, I was 120lbs and was having so much fun with life. Until stress hit me at 17, with work and diplomas and relationship problems..(in the states diplomas would be equivalent to SAT's.. I think..) and the same thing happened to me. So just take it easy.
