Hi all,

Just a quick message to say hello and introduce myself. I'm a 21 year old from Scotland and I'm afraid to say I'm having real trouble shifting my excess flab. I'm 5,2" but 161 lb so obviously not ideal. I've recently tried to plan ways of eating healthier but I reckon my biggest downfall is my inability to eat breakfast - I just can't stomach food in the morning! :( I'm not sure if this is the forum to spill my munchie secrets or if there's a seperate advice forum?! I'll have a look around now and see!:)

Hi & welcome!!!!!!!!!!! I read your post about your exercise and it looks like you are definitely on the right track!!! Isn't there ANYTHING you could stomach for breakfast? What if you were to do some sort of fruit shake in the blender or something like that??? Everything I read seems to point toward breakfast as the most important meal of the day to get your metabolism going.

Welcome again!!!

Well today I took a breakfast bar type thing to work with me and ate it at around 9am before my shift started along with a glass of water. I feel loads better this morning than I have done starting at 9am for a bit now so I think this is something that I can continue.

Being in the UK I'm not sure if anyone has heard of this bran "Go Ahead", they do snacks that are supposed to be a bit lower in fat and I really like these rasberry and apple bars they do though I suppose I really better invest in some cereal bars though I always found it a bit hard to brind a brand I liked.
