Long and detailed history of nutrition and how the notions we have today about certain foods and what we should eat came about.

Final conclusion is in the first sentence.....

"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants."

Heck of a read.

Finished the article. Loved it. I love reading about the history of food and food culture. Plus it contained excellent advice (in my opinion) for health and a healthy relationship with food. Inspires me to eat my veggies!
 
Thoroughly enjoyed it! It pretty up summarises other stuff that I have been reading lately - especially the emphasis on eating more like our ancestors did. Its even inspired me to make plans to grow some vegetables (I used to years ago) this year. Thats my new project - to create a vegetable patch in our front garden!
