Here's an Average daily meal plan for me.


breakfest:
Scrambled eggs
Sausage
1 ladel of hasbrowns
Water

Lunch:
Salad And SOMETIMES a Ginger Ale

Snack:
Green Apple (mmmm so good)

Dinner: Sometimes I eat dinner sometimes I don't.


I'm running thru about 8 glasses of water a day, and my bathroom habits show that. Does going to the bathroom more = good?
 
Wheres the vegetables? Lean meats?
 
So how about this?

Breakfeast:
Tortilla
Eggs, and sausage.
Sometimes OJ, sometimes water


Lunch: Chicken Salad
Water/Sometimes a coke

Snack: Green Apple

Dinner:varies so much-sometimes spaghetti, sometimes not-it is something diffrent all the time.

Still drinking water like a camel, and I'm hitting the toilet every 30 mins to prove it too.

I cant imagine this is how its supposed to work. Nobody is going to the bathroom half a dozen times in the work day, just for drinking water-thats just un natural.
 
Sausages are full of fat, eggs are good only in moderation.
Pasta is high carbs, it's ok if you are an athlete, but if trying to lose weight not a good idea. The only way to do it is lean red meat, grilled chicken, lots and lots of fruit and veg. Sugary drinks such as coke and even orange juice are high in calories and kilojules, which if not worked off by exercise, make you fat.
 
jetter about the bathroom its ok for the most part. If you are drinking alot of water then your kidneys are doing what they are supposed to do. If your taking any diet pills some of them also are dieretics(water pills) these have the same effects as well. The cokes not the best but i cant say much im a cola (junkie,junky,junke) eh take the one you like the best lol. The sausage is prob the worst thing your having. There are some really good turkey based sausages out there just watch out for the additives.Turkey is what i fall to when im trying to lean something out. makes a good chili as well the chili powder hides the poultry taste...
 
When I eat sausage, it is almost always turkey sausage.

I have discovered the pure bliss of a Fruti & Yogurt Parfait! Oh my god is this stuff good.

The cafeteria in my building has a healthy section...like half the damn place is all health food.

I think I can substitute breakfeast with this parfait, and have a nice chicken salad at lunch-I'll be doin good.

Plus I usually have a tasty green apple in there some time =]

Sounds good. And you should be getting about 6 servings of vegetables a day in there too, or other high fiber foods like apples.

Hey Jetter2!

It's Summer, and the fruit of the vine is where it's at!

A couple of weeks ago, we were picking strawberries here in VA, and last weekend raspberries. Blueberries just hit $3 a pint(?) in stores- they went to 4/$10 last Summer, but likely not this year, with gas prices. Watermelon has been good, and sweet corn is plentiful, and pretty cheap. Papayas have been turning up, too.

Consider that your apple might have been picked last Fall some time, or imported from a country without substantive pesticide regulations, or both.

Go with the seasons, and get the most bang for your financial and calorie "buck". It's only Summer for a few weeks.
