Sport Hows this for meal routines?

Sport Fitness
Breakfast: Usually wholegrain cereal w/skim milk, sometimes oatmeal and an egg.

Lunch: A turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat w/ a banana

Snack: A large grapefruit or sometimes an apple

Dinner: Usually some tuna of some type. Today Im having a can of tuna with a few sticks of celery. When I dont have class, Ill usually have a tuna sandwich with some cottage cheese.

Snack: Usually after school I will have some cottage cheese and occassionaly another can of tuna.

Thats usually my schedule, it does vary a bit, but this is a generalization. Is there anything I should add and/or remove from this? Im currently trying to lose about 20lbs, but after that I am going to want to maintain, anything I should know about that?

Try to get protein in all meals. I would try to replace some of the bread with veggies.

This last week I have tried doing some boiled broccoli for dinner. I tried to bring some celery for lunch, but I just cannot eat that stuff without some dipping sauce.

I use the frozen stuff - carrots, calliflour, broccoli - i just boiled it. I put a little bit of itailian dressing on it, which is very low in calories.

I have no problem eating the boiled veggies without any dressing, I actually like them when boiled. THe problem is at work where I dont have an opportunity to boil anything, and Im not a fan of any of those veggies raw.

I suppose I could use the microwave, but Ive never tried that...

Nope me neither, veggies are really the last thing i'm getting into my diet so i don't have much experience. Diet is the hardest thing for me but over the last 6months or so i'm slowly changing my eating habits for the good.
