I'm 16 1/2, weigh about 125 lbs., and am only about 5' 6" tall. I asked my doctor if I still had a chance to increase my height and he says it's still possible since 21 is usually when men stop growing. He told me the best way is to follow a very nutritious diet and recommended stuff like eggs, yogurt, lots of milk, etc.
Anyways, here's a meal plan I've been following for a couple days:
Breakfast:
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 Boiled egg
1 Banana
1 1/2 cup of 1% milk
1 cup of water
Snack-
20 cashews
2 cups of water
Lunch:
Tuna sandwich (3 oz tuna, 2 slices wheat bread)
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 Banana
6 cashews
1 cup of 1% milk
2 cups of water
Snack-
20 cashews
Dinner:
2/3 cups of beans & rice
2 fat-free hotdogs
1 cup of broccoli with 1 pat butter
1 Banana
1 cup of 1% milk
2 cups of water
Snack-
15 cashews
It all adds up to about 2000 calories.
