Sport How's My Diet?

Hello everyone. I'm 26, 5ft 10 and a half and 85kg's. I'm trying to lose weight and tone up a bit so I've started lifting weights as well as doing cardio. Thought I'd post my diet up and see if anyone can recommend any changes or additions please?

8:00AM - Bowl of porridge oats with semi-skimmed milk

11:00AM - Chicken salad with a whole chicken breast, tomatoes, lettuce, spring onions and cucumber.

2:00PM - Wholemeal (55cals per slice) egg and ham sandwich with 4 slices of ham (12 cals a slice)

5:30PM - Fish (Cod, Basa, Salmon, etc) or Steak all with veg. Or chicken stir fry with whole chicken breast and various veg etc.

9:00PM - Tuna Salad (the same as chicken but replaced with tuna :))

I also have a protein drink after I work out.

Any comments would be most welcome, even to say it's rubbish although constructive criticism would be nice.

Some individuals do not tolerate starchy carbs well. I'd swap the porridge oats for a couple of eggs and a piece of low glycemic index fruit and drop the wholemeal until you reach your goal weight if you want the fastest results. You can get plenty of good carbs and fiber from vegetables and fruit.
