Weight-Loss Hows my diet look for this day?

Just got my eating back on track today, then my mom brought home some cookies, cheeze its and bagels, :(. I'm not eating them but its hard when I see them everytime I open fridge....what do you guys do about this? I ask her to hide certain things, but some things, that need to be refridgeated, cannot be. And I'll eat way too many bagels.

But, I posted this for how did the diet look nutritionally for today? Is it good? I think it's good, but I want to learn more about nutrition. Does anyone know of any good guides on it? I already know some on it.
